Privacy Notice

This notice is provided by RE/MAX Arsa (the “Data Controller”) under Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) to explain how personal data you share via this website, WhatsApp, phone and email is processed.

1. Data we process

• Identity and contact: full name, phone number, email address
• Request details: investment purpose, budget range, preferred area and unit type, timing and your message
• Security: form submission date and time and technical records used to prevent spam
• Marketing: your preferences for commercial messages, only if you opt in
• Cookie data: analytics and marketing cookies only with your consent (see the Cookie Policy)

2. Purposes

• Responding to your request for information or a consultation
• Providing property advisory services and identifying suitable options
• Carrying out purchase processes at your request
• Meeting legal obligations
• Sending information about new projects and opportunities if you opt in
• Keeping the website secure and improving it

3. Legal grounds

We process your data under Articles 5/2-c (establishing or performing a contract), 5/2-ç (legal obligation) and 5/2-f (legitimate interest) of the KVKK, and under Article 5/1 (explicit consent) for commercial messages and analytics or marketing cookies.

4. Transfers

Your data may be shared with our hosting, email and form infrastructure providers and, only in connection with your request, with our licensed partners in Dubai, in line with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. Transfers abroad follow the safeguards required by the law.

5. How we collect data

Data is collected electronically through website forms, WhatsApp, phone, email and cookies.

6. Retention

Data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and for applicable limitation periods, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Enquiries that do not lead to a transaction are deleted within two years at the latest.

7. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and recipients of processing, request correction or deletion, object to processing and claim compensation for damage.
